ABOUT AYERS SOLUTIONS LIMITED
Ayers was founded in 2001 by a team of securities traders and IT experts, who recognized the trend to move towards the age of electronic equities trading, and hence dedicated to build a comprehensive system that would support multi-market, multi-product, multi-currency, multi-channel, and multi-language for financial institutions.
Since Ayers’ establishment, we had continued to innovate and lead the market in electronic trading of securities by developing a wide range of trading screens, credit policy rules, along with scalable and versatile trading modules.
To date, Ayers system consists of 3 core modules, namely the securities trading module, the risk management module and the settlement module.
In 2003, Hong Kong Exchange (“HKEx”) granted a license to Ayers, allowing us to perform order routing/proprietary network system (“PNS”) business in Hong Kong, which demonstrated the great confidence of HKEx in Ayers’ financial background and our flagship product – AyersGTS. Since then, Ayers has been the no. 1 HKEx ORS Vendor.
Coming Soon with advanced and feature-rich suite of tools in a single platform, and the highly flexible application settings, AyersGTS is designed to cater diverse needs for all valuable clients. Alongside these well-established front-ends, Ayers has built an extensive network of global exchange connectivity, sophisticated risk management solutions and the API which is currently used by thousands of developers.
In 2006, Ayers became an authorized OAPI vendor in HKEx and global derivatives API vendor for trading domestic and global futures and options by AyersGTS. Any futures companies can perform order executions through the international leased lines from Ayers’ hub to Chicago and Singapore by using AyersGTS. It provides the most reliable and stable network infrastructure for clients.
As of October 2011, more than 100 securities companies are using AyersGTS and AyersBOS, and we are supporting over 150,000 users worldwide, in which the majority of our clienteles of Ayers are located in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, Japan and Europe.
